Strategic Plan for Public Park
Kaleidoscope Park is a public park in Frisco, Texas that is set to launch in mid-2024. I led the strategic plan for public programming and public art as an independent contractor. My accomplishments include:

Conducted analysis into peer parks to gain insight into the competitive landscape & trends in this space

Winner, War Games Competition

Won the spring 2023 SMU Cox War Games competition in competitive intelligence and scenario planning for the topic "The Battle for Home Fitness"

"War Games" is a highly pressurized competition in competitive intelligence and scenario planning that takes place from morning until night for three days

In only an hour and a half, each team must articulate and define a strategy and business model that will allow your assigned company to grow its business, the team that accumulates the highest judge scores across two rounds wins and gets their names engraved on a trophy presented in the SMU Cox School of Business.
Nonprofit Consulting Project

Through the Business Leadership Center at SMU, I worked with my team to conduct a constituent analysis for our nonprofit client St. Philip's School and Community Center.

For my Practicum in Customer Engagement with Dr. Marci Armstrong, we worked with our client American Airlines, analyzing real customer data to develop strategic recommendations for American Airlines’ AAdvantage Program.

Communications Fellowship
Made in NYC is a nonprofit initiative dedicated to supporting the marketing and branding efforts of manufacturers within New York City. I was selected to serve as the 2020-2021 Fellow in Communications. My accomplishments include:

Took lead in new member outreach, onboarding and engaging over 60 new members;

Analyzed 5 years of new member data and developed the “New Member Digest;”

Wrote over 35 articles — "Made in NYC Week 2020" announcement, the recap for the "Greening Industry" and "Fashion is Political" panel discussions, and the Black History Month, Earth Month, Women’s History Month, and AAPI Month campaigns in which I interviewed a series of highlighted members and wrote a specifically tailored article for each to share their individual stories;

Drafted and scheduled social media content across all platforms;

Created a highlights reel video series for the "Made in NYC Week 2020" event as well as the "Behind the Business" campaign.

Creative Direction, Film Festival
The Centrally Isolated Film Festival is an annual student film competition held at Cornell University. When the circumstances surrounding Covid-19 inspired us to shift into an online format, I took lead as Creative Director in reimagining how the event would take place. My accomplishments include:

Developed the film festival's website;

Coordinated the streaming films;

Created a press release for the event;

Increased the attendance by 2000% from roughly a hundred attendees to over two thousand, with the total visits for the website nearing three thousand.
Magazine Co-founder & Editor-in-Chief
Synecdoche is an educational art magazine focusing on topics of public health. The idea for this project was born out of the desire to utilize the arts to make public health more accessible to all — not just those specializing in public health research. From the beginning, I was immediately inspired by the idea of extending art beyond the arts community to enrich and educate the public in vital, scientific topics. So, although I had no experience in public health studies, I joined the inaugural team of biology and public health majors as their resident artist. As this project materialized, I took on the role as the pioneering Creative Director and Editor-in-Chief. My accomplishments include:

Developed the magazine’s creative strategy and brand identity;

Designed the Synecdoche logo;

Created the website and optimized the SEO;

Designed and copyedited the first issue of the magazine.
Rebranding Radio Station

As Creative Director for the internet radio station CornellRadio.com, I designed and developed a strategic rebranding initiative in addition to hosting my own radio show. My accomplishments include:

Relaunched the website and improved the UX Design;

During the transition period when Revival Boutique rebranded as Anuyu Boutique, I served as Marketing and Brand Development Manager. My accomplishments include:

Developed the current logo used on the storefront and website;

Implemented targeted digital campaigns to expand their social media presence;

Designed digital and print graphic content, including advertisements and posters.
